Their Home
Noah and his parents arrived home late this morning. Everyone was glad, glad, glad. As Verna and Keith are suffering from jet lag, I'm sure they were glad that I was available to hang around and help out today.
Noah is busy learning about his new household. It sounds like he's happy to not be in a hotel room anymore too. He walked all over the house, exploring it. He knows next to no English. But, that doesn't seem to matter too much. He gets his point across as to wanting to play or eat. Mya is having difficulty understanding that little brother doesn't understand ANY of her demands.
Verna told me that Noah will most likely pick up our language in as little as three months. That's great news. Until then, a lot of pointing by Noah and other body language by all will take place in the learning process.
My thoughts and prayers are with this Verna and Keith and their family in their brave new venture.
