Field Work Delayed

We got rain both Saturday and Sunday. That will delay the field work at least a week. Hotovec's didn't even get the hose for the hose dragger (equipment for injecting manure) laid out before the rain came.

In addition to rain, we got some nasty lightning. I shut the computer off and all was well with that. But the satellite reception is off. We think that the problem lies in the eyes that are part of the dish components. The receivers say that they are looking for satellite signal. Thus, we believe the receivers are o.k.

Because of no satellite reception, Russ and I have watched 3 DVDs this weekend. If we want any outside world news, we'll have to get it from the internet or radio for now. I'm busy for the next couple days. Thus, we may not have reception until after that.
