I went to Mom & Dad's yesterday afternoon. Mom was going to quilting with the ladies at her church. Thus, Mom wanted someone to be with Dad. That's a good thing to do.....

Dad's mind is playing tricks on him. Mom has explained some things he's been saying and doing. But, I observed a bit of it yesterday too. Dad and I took a walk down the driveway and back, then north of the sheds & stuff. We also went into the bicycle shed and chatted. All seemed pretty good then. Since Dad was seeming tired, we headed back to the house. I played computer games while Dad read papers and magazines by the kitchen table.

Then he headed outside. I didn't think much of it, but went out to be with him to be sure all was o.k. When I got by him and upon asking him what he was up to, he replied that he was going to put the trailer away. I was thinking he was thinking it was the trailer that we had recently chatted about - the one that is pulled by the 4-wheeler.

He pointed towards the east side of the house and stated that he thought it was over there. Since it wasn't, he thought maybe it was north of the bicycle shed. So, we headed that way. Of course, I'm a bit puzzled, but I played along with it. When he didn't find it north of the bicycle shed, we checked inside the shed. Of course, it was there. He was a bit baffled as to how it got there. But, I made some comment that he put it away or that one of the boys put it away. But, case in point, Dad's mind is playing tricks on him.
