Construction

(This is not a photo from our bathroom. But it shows some of the insulation mess and bare studs. I'll get some pics when my camera batteries are recharged.)

Denny finished placing the shower stall today. He put cement under the stall to ensure that the floor doesn't have any give. Therefore this shower stall should never crack. Tonight I will slowly clean up the dust - and maybe get a load of clothes washed. Everything one takes for granted, from throwing a load of clothes in the washer to making a meal has now become much more of a chore. The dust is coating everything. Thus, before getting the laundry started, I must clean.

Note to all that may consider remodeling in the future: Put EVERYTHING away that can be put away.

I have to clean the toaster, the coffee pot, pretty much everything. I didn't even give it a thought to put those things away before we started because these things were not in the bathroom. The dust is coating everything. I'm going to have clean a layer of dust off in the dining room and the living room too. Those rooms aren't as bad as the kitchen, but they still need it! Hopefully the furnace doesn't kick too much dust up into the upstairs! If that is the case, the worst part of the upstairs cleanup will be what I drag up with my shoes and dirty clothes.
