Company tonight

The B's came over tonight. Not much new, but we enjoyed our b.s. session. John made the comment that he enjoys going to work. He hadn't felt that way in quite some time before he got this job. He is working for Connecting Point Technologies in Sleepy Eye (http://www.cpointgr.com/), where he troubleshoots and builds computers.

Dawne has been babysitting her grandson quite a bit. She usually is a home-body. But, it sounded like she truly looked forward to getting out tonight. And our place was just the place - close to home and GREAT conversation. :)

All in all, we enjoyed a good visit and all were ready to call it a night by 9:30. They left shortly after 10:00. BOY ARE WE GETTING OLD!

Doobie is even getting old. The boys will probably hardly recognize her when the come home. She has LOTS of gray on her face and legs. However, she doesn't act as old as she did last fall. She went out this evening in the -10 degree weather and didn't beg to get back in for over an hour! I thought the cold would have affected her more, but am glad to see it doesn't bother her that much.
