Russ got Stuck

Around 3:30 I had considered blowing out the driveway so Russ could make it up with ease. I didn't get to the task till nearly 4. Since it was that late, I decided to call Russ to see how close to home he was. He was at the end of the drive. He decided to give it a try before I attempted the job. Well, because their was so much ice underneath due to the warm blowing snow, he wasn't able to get enough traction. He had gone up the drive a ways, then backed up, then up, then back until the last time he backed off the tracks. So, he called me and had me bring the tractor down to pull him out. That's what we did, then I drove the pickup up the drive, following him while he blowed snow the rest of the way. Currently, he is finishing the job. But with the wind blowing as strongly as it is, he'll need to repeat the job in the a.m. before attempting to leave for work. The main thing, now, is that he is home safe, out of the storm.
