Illness Going Around New Ulm

I was going to go to my quilt club tonight. But I decided not to do so on my way home from New Ulm today. After getting home, my decision was reinforced.

You see, Russ is sick. He had gone to the doctor for a physical this afternoon - routine. But, while there, he let Doc know he was coming down with something. -- People having been calling into work sick, and he probably has that bug. Russ didn't seem too bad when I left to get his meds. But, when I got home he had covered himself with 2 blanket, and one of them was covering his head. I felt that was an indication of him feeling worse.

So, my trip to New Ulm tonight is cancelled. I'll stick around and nurse Russ. He had wanted me to get the meds in hope that he'd be able to go to work tomorrow. We'll see.
