A bit About Yesterday

Last night I went to the Sturm funeral home for visitation with Lorraine's family. (I arrived around 6:30) The visit was good. After a bit, I took Dad and Aunt Evelyn home. I thought they may be getting tired. They had gone to the visitation with Mom. I thought Mom may want to chat with her relatives for awhile, so I asked her if she thought I should take Dad home. She thought that would be good, and also thought that Evelyn was probably getting tired and would like to get home to rest.

So, I took both home, dropping off Evelyn at her home first, then going back (about 2 miles) to take Dad home. I stayed with Dad till Mom came home. Dad was sitting on the couch, snoozing most of the time. Thus, he must have been tired. I went home around 9 p.m.

Today, as I do my daily things, my thoughts will be with Lorraine's family.
