Planting Beans a Bust

After making the last post, I was making myself a meal when Ronny called. I thought I'd better eat something before going out since I'd most likely be working through dinner. But, Ronny called during this and told me I should shut off the tractor since it had started raining again.

So, I did so after my meal. I didn't want to come in right away. I thought just maybe we'd change our minds once again and be working out in the field. So, since I was dirty, I chose to stay outside and cut up some fallen trees. While doing so, the rain continued. After making some cuts to the point that I'd need to clean them up, I headed for the shed. I thought about taking the BobCat out and picking up the mess. But, the rain was making my vision poor (my glasses covered in sawdust and rain). So, I chose to quit with that work.

Since the rain continues intermittently and looks to do so throughout the weekend, the Bean Planting is put on hold.

I'll just have to clean myself up and do some laundry. and maybe some shopping, we'll see.
